GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RESERVATION AND SELL OF TICKETS
The ticket price can be paid online through the platform of the payment service provider Borika, using one of the following cards - VISA or MASTERCARD.
Upon successful completion of the transaction, you will receive an email containing your tickets, the service included in them, the price and the QR codes required to enter the facility.
You may cancel the order up to 14 days after the date of purchase if the service has not been used, either in whole or in part.
The customer gives his consent to the data indicated by his online purchase order of tickets (email address), to be used by AST Service for processing the order of the client, performance of the contract at a distance and for communication with the client in case of necessity, as well to be provided by AST Service to the payment service provider, for payment services for the purpose of executing the payment transaction and connecting it with the customer’s order.
AST Service collects, processes, uses and stores the personal data provided by the customer when the selling tickets online in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The company is registered as administrator of personal data within the meaning and order of this law.
AST SERVICE” EOOD is a company registered in Bulgaria under number 203873346, with its headquarters and management address BULGARIA, Sofia, Lozenets district, 15 “Srebarna” street, entrance B (hereinafter referred to as “AST Service” of “the Company” for short)
EFFECT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. These general terms and conditions for online reservation and sale of tickets apply in the relations between AST Service and all its customers in connection with online reservation and sale of tickets for the ice rink ICE PARK Sofia (the facility), operated by the Company. The General Conditions for Online Reservation and Ticket Sales are published on the website www.icepark.bg ( “The website”). The company has the right at any time to change the General Terms and Conditions for Online Reservation and Ticket Sales, corresponding change shall take effect from the publication of the amended terms and conditions on the Website. Prior purchasing or reserving a ticket online, customers should check and familiarize themselves with the present General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Ticket Sales.
2. The rules for using the services provided by “AST Service” EOOD, also published on the Website, are an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Ticket Sales.
3. The present General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Ticket Sales are part of the contract for online reservation and sale of tickets between AST Service and each customer. The customer is considered bound by the General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Ticket Sales, respectively by the Rules for using the services provided by AST Service, from the moment the box “I have read, and I agree with the General Terms” is ticked and pressing the button “Continue”, located in the “Buy a ticket” section of the online platform for reservation and selling tickets on the Website. Pressing the virtual button “Buy” by the customer is considered an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Law, with which the customer expresses his consent to conclude a contract for the online purchase of tickets under the General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Ticket Sales.
PRICES
Current ticket prices are indicated on the Website, in the “Prices” section.
4. All prices presented on the Website are in Bulgarian lev. AST Service reserve the right, without warning, to change the prices of the services at any time. The prices of services presented on the Website are final and include all taxes and fees.
STAGES OF THE ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE
5. In order to purchase tickets online, no prior registration is required on the Company’s Website.
6. To make a ticket purchase, you must go to the “Buy a ticket” section of the Company’s Website and complete the following steps online by filling in the ticket purchase form:
Step 1: Choosing a single ticket of a prepaid package of 12 tickets for 12 visits.
Step 2: If you selected the “Single ticket” option- select the date and start time of the session. If desired, add an instructor and/or trainer. Press the “Next” button. If you selected the “Packages” option, press the “Buy 12-visit package” button.
Step 3: Enter an email address where you will receive a copy of the QR code required to enter the rink.
Step 4: Confirm agreement with the personal data processing policy and general terms and conditions and press the “Buy” button. You will be redirected to the payment operator’s system.
Step 5: Enter the payment details and press the “Pay” button.
The payment of the ordered electronic tickets by the customer is a condition for the same to be issued and provided to the customer.
After the successful completion of the electronic transaction, the customer receives an email to the electronic contact address (email) he specified in the order- confirmation from AST Service, with the numbers of the purchased tickets, the services included in them, as well as QR codes for access to the facility.
By accepting the present General Terms and Conditions for Online Reservation and Ticket Sales, the customer expressly agrees that the remote confirmation of the contract concluded with AST Service shall be carried out at the e-mail provided by him. The customer is bound by the contract for the online purchase of tickets from the moment he presses the virtual “Pay” button, and AST Service is bound by this contract from the moment the Company receives confirmation of the order made and its payment from the customer.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
After a successfully submitted and paid order, the customer receives a confirmation from AST Service about the concluded contract for the online purchase of tickets to the e-mail address specified by him.
USE OF ELECTRONIC TICKET
When a day and time are selected during purchase, the ticket is valid only for that day and time. Tickets purchased in a package are valid for the session in which the first entry to the facility with the relevant QR code is made and can be used within the entire 2024/25 season.
The customers are required to keep their tickets from the moment they are purchased until the end of the session to which they relate, and they leave the facility. AST Service is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed or damaged tickets and has no obligation to reissue them or refund the price paid for them.
TERMS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS
AST Service has the right to deny access to the rink to a person who violates the rules for using the rink, published on the Company’s website and displayed in places visible to customers in the facility, regardless of whether these people have purchased electronic tickets. In cases where AST Service denies access according to the preceding sentence, AST service does not owe a refund of the price of a paid electronic ticket or any compensation to the people who are denied access.
7. The customers have the right to cancel the contract for the online purchase of tickets, only at the box office in the facility, if the service has not been used, either in whole or in part, within a period of up to 14 days after purchase and no later than 3 hours before the start time for which the ticket was issued. In order to take advantage of his rights under this point, the customer should provide AST Service with a valid electronic ticket, as well as fill out and sign on the spot a form for refusal and refund of the price of the electronic ticket to the bank account from which the amount was paid.
8. In the event that a session is terminated or cancelled for technical reasons or for other reasons for which AST Service is responsible, ay the sole discretion of AST Service:
The customer will be reimbursed the price of the electronic ticket to the bank account from which the amount was paid or the customer will be issued a voucher of the same value as the price of the purchased tickets.
9. In the cases under item 7 and item 8 9second sub-item), AST Service does not owe the client any compensation, including but not limited to transport costs, parking costs, food and drinks, etc. In order to take advantage of his rights, the customer should provide AST Service with a valid electronic ticket from the session that was terminated or cancelled, no later than 2 days from the day of the terminated or cancelled session and fill in and sign a waiver form on the spot.
RESPONSIBILITY
AST Service does not replace, reissue or refund stolen, lost or damaged electronic tickets.
AST Service is not responsible for the availability of Internet connectivity and the quality of the Internet connection of its customers, nor for whether the Website and the system for online ticket sales are available and functioning at any given moment.
AST Service is not responsible for the execution of payment operations in connection with the purchase of electronic tickets by customers and the security of customer payments on the Internet, nor for any damages (including losses and lost profits) to customers in connection with or arising from the payment of electronic tickets online through the payment service provider, as payment acceptance and processing services are performed by payment service providers and technical service providers other than the Company.
Without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory provisions of the law, the liability of AST Service, related to or arising from the services offered by the Company and/or its activity as an organizer, indicated at the beginning of these General Conditions for Online Reservation and Ticket Sales is limited to intent and gross negligence, and in property terms – to the price paid by customers for the relevant services (e.g. price of electronic ticket, trainer rental, ets.)
RECOMMENDATIONS, COMPLAINTS AND COMMENTS
The customer may send a recommendation, comment or complaint regarding the process of purchasing an electronic ticket through the Website to the following email address: tickets.icepark@gmail.com.
VARIOUS
The provisions of Bulgarian laws apply to all issues not covered by these General Terms and Conditions for Online Reservation and Ticket Sales.
In the event of a dispute between customers and AST Service, the parties to the dispute will made all reasonable and necessary efforts to resolve it amicably, through negotiations and mutual concessions. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved according to Bulgarian legislation.
These General Terms and Conditions for Online Reservation and Sale of Tickets have been adopted by the decision of the manager of AST Service.
