Ice Park Rules
1. The working hours of the rink are every day from 11:00 to 22:00.
2. The rink operates in sessions as follows:

3. Valid prices are shown in BGN on the PRICE LIST.
4. Tickets are valid for the day and the session printed on it.
5. Skates can be rented only at the designated place and the number and size of skates is not unlimited. Return the skates clean of snow and ice!
6. It is forbidden to move out of the venue (ice rink and wooden floor) with rented from the organizers skates.
7. It is forbidden to leave the venue (ice rink and wooden floor) with rented from the organizers skates.
8. Renting a training support is for 50 minutes within the session. After expiring of the time it is returned to the entrance of the rink.
9.Locker rent is per session, deposit is required to obtain the locker key. Deposit is refundable upon returning the key.
10. It is permitted to skate with your own skates.
11. The rink is not intended for sports or figure skating. Skaters practicing on the rink in a similar way and those who do not follow the instructions of the staff after warning are removed from it, without any refund.
12. People, who are skating in a manner that interferes or endangers others after warning are removed from it, without any refund.
13. Children under 11 years are allowed to skate only with an escort. When skating alone the organizers are not responsible for any accidents.
14. The organizers are not responsible for accidents on the ice due to the inability of the skaters, collision with other skaters or failure to follow the instructions of our staff.
15. The organizers are not responsible for the temporary ice structure changes, following weather change.
16. Partial zones of the ice rink are possible to be closed in case of necessity maintenance of the ice.
17. Missing items that are left unattended are not our responsibility.
18. Visitors under the influence of alcohol, opiates or drugs are not permitted on the ice rink. Food and drinks are not allowed on the ice rink. Sharp objects and weapons are forbidden.
19. Smoking, drinking and eating on the rink is not permitted.
20. Seating on and jumping over the ice ring barriers is not permitted.
21. Keep your ticket and receipt until you leave the venue.
